This home is located so close to the maingate of the Magic Kindgom Disney World in Orlando Florida that you'll think you need a Park Pass! Less than 2 miles and only 5 minutes away! This 7 BEDROOM vacation resort home features 4.5 BATHS and has the features that experienced visitors require. Also close to MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World.

THREE MASTER en-suite bedrooms, one with King Bed, Two with Queen beds, give more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set of adults. All of the three masters have pillowtop mattresses for your comfort. The two master bedrooms upstairs have a Tropical feel to them, complete with Palm trees, wicker and bamboo, to make you feel like your in paradise. The King Master on the first floor reminds you of a Sultans Palace, complete with burgundy and gold bedding. Golden accents complete the decor. Up to 16 people can stay in this home plus a Pack and Play crib for the baby.

Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the other two masters and the 4 twin bedrooms are located upstairs. Each of the 4 twin bedrooms has a Disney theme! One is the Disney Princess room, complete with Princess canopies and bedding. There is also a Princess TV for your little ones viewing pleasure. The next room is for all the Tinkerbell lovers! Complete with Tinkerbell bedding and pictures of Tink and Peter Pan. There is a hand painted 4 foot mural of Tinkerbell and for the Buzz Lightyear fans, theres another room just for you. Buzz and Woody bedding and a 4 1/2 foot wall mural of Buzz himself makes this room a BLAST! Next there is the Finding Nemo room, along with Dory and the rest of your childs favorite characters. In this room is a Mickey TV and DVD player and Pac Man game system to keep the little ones happy. Each room has a ceiling fan with the characters co-ordinated with the theme of the room.

Relax after a fun day at the attractions or shopping in either of the 2 lounges. Kids can hang out in the FAMILY ROOM watching their favorite TV show or watching a movie on DVD or listening to their favorite music on the STEREO, while adults can enjoy grownup conversation while sipping their favorite beverage in the formal LIVING ROOM.

If you plan a day off, guests can gather in the GAME ROOM, enjoying the PING PONG TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, or just playing games together as a family, and even a table and chairs set for the little munchkins for their favorite activities. There are plenty of books for the family too. Disney and Florida travel guides and plenty of books and puzzles for the children.

The fully equipped Kitchen offers everything thing you would need for the guests that enjoy cooking a meal. The kitchen features a Mickey Mouse theme with a Mickey toaster, waffle maker, buffet holder, fruit stand and lots of Mickey decorations to make you feel like your part of the Disney experience.

The house offers back yard privacy instead of the common back-to-back arrangement, with beautiful views of the conservation area behind the home, which adds to a more tranquil vacation. The screened HEATED pool and spa enjoys year-round sun. We have upgraded the pool to make it more enjoyable for families. The pool measures 14x30 feet and there is covered lanai measuring 14x30 for the times you want to enjoy the shade. Wouldn't if be fun to relax in the SPA.takes only 15 minutes to heat up it up. There are lots of patio lounges, chairs, on POOL deck.
